Oregon THGN132N works only when 5 cm apart

Hi,

I have just purchased TellStick Net with latest firmware (v4) and a temperature sensor Oregon THGN132N.

Other equipment (from Nexa) works well with the TellStick Net, and the Oregon works sort of, but only when as close as about 5 cm apart from the TellStick Net. This can surely not be in working order?

Har du en oregon mottagare oxå? Isf kolla hur långt du kan ha dessa isär. Jag hade liknande problem men efter en Firmwareuppdatering så fungerar det med oregonsändaren.

I have TellStick Net with latest firmware (v4) and I bought temperature sensor Oregon THGN132N from Clas Ohlsson. It's first works fine about 7 hours and then Tellstick Net did'tt get singal any more from sensor. When I press reset button it's works again 3 to 12 hours and then it's lose singal again (I move sensor different places 5cm to 10m away from Tellstick Net, If distance is 5 cm or 10m operation is same). every time when I press reset button I lose your temperature history. Do anyone know what to do?

My issue turned out to be as simple as a firmware update. No humidity reading though but I suppose the code for that may not yet be included in a Linux release of the tellstick software.

I have a Tellstick Duo from the first batch and just bought a THGN132N too. I can't get any temperature or humidity readings from it at all no matter what I do. A cheap Jenkinsbird temperature sensor I also bought at the same time works perfect...

Wondering if the sensor is faulty or if it's a problem with Tellstick. Seems like no-one here has the exact same issue (or Tellstick) though...
