TellStick Net / Live with temperature sensor

Hello!

I've tried to get an answer on the forum but I can't really find anything that is clear enough...
I have a Telldus TellStick Net and a temperature sensor that is listed in "Compatible devices", but I can't get the information from the sensor.

Is there only a problem with my sensor (it's broke or something) or is there no way to get sensor-information (like temperature) into TellStick Net and/or Live? If there is a way it would be most helpful to have it explained!

If TellStick Net doesn't pick up a supported sensor it's most often due to:
A broken sensor - Some doesn't work at all, some with very limited range. Generally, the original control station is better on receiving signals from the specific sensor, so it might still show up there.
A broken TellStick Net - Sadly this happen. We will then exchange it for a new one.
Range issues - Sensors have often a rather limited range, since they are battery powered. Sometimes only a small adjustment of the placement both of TellStick Net and the sensors may help. Try also to keep it away from equipment that might distort the signals.

In addition to this, a newly registered TellStick Net must sometimes be restarted before it can receive any sensor values. This is a known bug and will be fixed in the future.
Also note that no sensors will show up until at least five readings have been received by TellStick Net. This is a way to avoid fake sensors.

Hello!

I tried to restart it and it worked!
I have a few problem with the range but that's a totally different thing...
Is it best to have the TellStick Net low in the apartment or high?
