TSDUO flashing lights ?

What does it mean, when the lights of the TSDUO flash?
If TSDUO does not show a reaction when activating a device,
is there a means to get at the data sent (e.g. using rawDevice methods)?
Has anybody information about the "compatibility" with products from WALE?
(hardware is almost identical with Intertechno).
