tellstick net not working with Chacon ?

Hello,
I just received the tellstick.net.

I configured the chacon switch, press the learn button on the chacon receiver, and press the learn button on the Telldus Live website.

Nothing happens, (but I can see the lights flashing on the tellstick.net when I push the buttons).

Anyone an idea where to start ? Start to buy other brands of switches ?

Is there a way to capture and do a kind of "autolearn" on the telldus live ?

Is there a way to log files directly on the tellstick.net device ?
