Tellstick delay

Hi,

I've made a C++ application in XCode where I turn the lights on/off, but I need it to be very accurate.
Right now there's a small delay from when the function is executed to the lights are switched off. How can remove this delay?

I'm using Tellstick and Nexa.

How small delay is acceptable?
