Hello,
I was wondering if there was some kind of countdown timer control. I have Locale and I tried downloading the timer plugin, but apparently it's crap. There's no documentation on how it works and I'm at a loss on how to use it. Any ideas?
Otherwise, is there a way to put Telldus on a countdown timer, using Telldus Live? I have the Nexa controllers, but I have an always-on Mac and there are no control programs available for them (or at least they seem to either not exist or disappeared). Ideally, what I'd want is to have functionality in Locale that can switch on/off the remote unit after a given time.
Are there any plans in the works for a simple countdown timer? What about a scheduled timer? (Edit: I found an time based situation which uses the time to trigger, so I guess I could use schedule triggers that way. However, I haven't seen a countdown timer situation.)
Thanks,
Tien
p.s. You guys have great support. Thanks for the quick help with my Desire HD.

If you have OS X on your Mac then you can use NexaHome.pojken wrote: Otherwise, is there a way to put Telldus on a countdown timer, using Telldus Live? There are countdown timers implemented in NexaHome that switches off devices after a given maximum time. Select menu item 'View --> Advanced User Interface' and enter timer values in the fields 'Max HH' and 'Max MM' (hours, minutes).
There are also some timer functionallity (not yet documented) in the supported BeanShell scripts that can be used.

Re: Timer control?
Thanks for that information. I checked out NexaHome, but I can't seem to find the installation for Mac. I have an always-on Mac Mini which has the Tellstick attached to it. Am I mistaken about the Mac installation? (I hate Macs, but the boyfriend wanted it.)
