About TellStick,TellStick Duo and TellStick Net's upgrade

Hi,
I am a student interest in TellStick.
I have 3 questions about TellStick,TellStick Duo and TellStick Net.
1> Can TellStick's firmware be upgraded ? By which tool ? TellStickNetFlasher? Why I can not find the firmware about TellStick in Wiki?
2> If my TellStick,TellStick Duo or TellStick Net have some thing wrong,and i replace the MCU by a blank one, can me build the firmware by flasher just like upgrade it?

No, a blank one cannot be programmed by the flasher utility. All products need a bootloader programmed first. Both TellStick Duo and TellStick Net can be reprogrammed without desoldering. TellStick does not have these connectors due to size constraints.
