Hi,
For sometime now I have been looking at cheap cost saving automation products, I went for Homeeasy remote plugs as they were decently priced, since then I have always wanted external iPhone control so that I could see there status and turn them on/off remotely.
So I think the Tellstick Net fits the bill in that I don't want a PC running.
Things that I wondered about were:
1 - This relies on Tellstick Live website - what assurances are there that this will live for a long time?
2 - How do I programme my multiple plugs?
3 - Can I use any of the other homeeasy products?
4 - Does it report the current status on/off?

Re: Tellstick Net potential customer
So decided to go for it.
Very easy setup.
Added some schedules too, will see how those workout.
Working well from browser, iPhone next stop.
Then to see what else I can add

Re: Tellstick Net potential customer
Would be really interested to know what the sensors section is all about?
Re: Tellstick Net potential customer
The tellstick duo/net can receive signals from temperature/humidity (and maybe other too) sensors. You can see on their webpage what brands they support. There are some cheap sensors with both temperature and humidity sensors that seems to work well.
That's what the sensors section is about
Tellevent is a really good iPhone application to communicate with Telldus Live. It also adds as few extra really good features, like communication with Eventghost directly, gps fencing, scenarios.
As for now the application is only in Swedish but an English and Norwegian version seems to be in the works within this year.

Will keep an eye on that application when it arrives in the UK App Store.testsmurf wrote:The tellstick duo/net can receive signals from temperature/humidity (and maybe other too) sensors. Any more details on cheap sensor?
