Telldus Live says my TellStick Net is offline and adds a new

Telldus Live shows that my TellStick Net is offline and recognizes it as a new one.
When I add it as a new I can add devices and control them.
So there is indeed a software bug which needs to be addressed.

But what shall I do? I don't see an easy way to copy programmed devices.
Any advice?

Same for me, Location is Offline but I am sure all is Up, running and routed.

I created a ticket, they ask me to reboot and now it works again

I still get this problem. I have even upgraded the firmware on my tellstick. I user it with Ubuntu. Telldus live works for a while but then stops saying my location is offline when it isn't. If I reboot the machine that my tellstick is attached to then it work again for a little while.

I still haven't found a permanent solution to this.
