Basic question:
I have a couple of Nexa socket receivers. Works great and can control them from TellEvent, Telldus Live etc.
But the WAF (wife acceptance factor) has dropped to an all time low since she cannot turn on the lights without using the apps.
So what I need is to be able to control the lights from a remote control, wireless wall switch or something as well as the apps.
What to do?
Turn on / off remote socket receivers not using tellstick?

Hi,
any compatible remote should do, e.g. for System Nexa the following: http://www.nexa.se/Saendare-2.htm. Depends of your (and especially your wive's) preference whether you'd like it to be a wall switch, traditional remote, key-ring remote etc... Just remember that you cannot store (if you have the self learning model) more than six codes per receiver.

Thanks for your prompt reply.
OK, so it's possible to use the remotes and the tellstick parallel, that's good.
But won't this influence the device status from the various apps? If I turn off the lights using the remote, and log on to Telldus Live - will the status be updated?

That depends, if the remote and the devices are using the same house/unit code, the status will be updated.
