Firmware upgrade - when and how?

Hi!

The Tellstick Duo is a great little device, but there's this particular sensor that I'd like to read, that I know will be supported in version 2.1.1 of the firmware. Well and good - it's probably not so far off - but I'd like to know in advance how to upgrade the firmware in the Duo.

For that matter, I'm curious as to what plans exist for releasing the firmware source, and how it's built and deployed...? Since I don't normally run either Windows or Linux on my home systems, I'm guessing I'd prefer to set up a proper cross compile and deployment environment, like I have for my Palm handhelds and my AVR microcontroller devices.

We will release a firmware upgrade utility for Windows and Mac OS X in the 2.1.1 release. It is the same utility released in 2.0.104 used to upgrade the pre-production TellStick Duo.
