Hi,
I have a dusk dawn sensor that is providing the on signal for my lights with the off signal coming from a standard timer. The problem I am having is that the dusk / dawn sensor continually puts out its ON signal throughout the night and as a result the lights get turned back on again. Is there any way to only act on the dusk / dawn signals during a timed period of the day?
Dusk sensor on a timer
Re: Dusk sensor on a timer
Here's an idea:
Put the dusk sensor in a Nexa controlled power outlet.
Set your timer to first power off the outlet with the dusk sensor, then let the timer power off the lights.
Now the dusk sensor wont send any ON signals
Program the timer to power on the dusk sensor by lunchtime, and it'll work the next evening.
