Range differences between Tellstick and Tellstick Duo

Hi there!
first of all: I really like your product and system compatibility.

Is there a difference in the Signal Range between Tellstick and Tellstick Duo?

I own a Tellstick USB (Antenna Version on a raspberry pi with telldusd and own scripted webinterface for iOS devices) and I'm wondering if there is any possibility to extend the range of the Signal, like another antenna or something else. or should I try Tellstick Duo instead? I just need a few more meters of range to cover my complete area for home automation...

I doubt that there is a range difference between Tellstick and Tellstick Duo/Net, as they all fulfil the same radio specifications.
