Telldus Netstick not possible to activate by registration

Hy,

I bought a telldus netstick and try to activate it online with telldus live.
but i cant....i tried it several time, no success.

its connected to my< linksys router, LED Status is "Switch On= RED" connect to LAN "Blue" and after light goes off.

so whats right now???? needs the led to light somehow?
do i need to open some ports????

is it possible that u can registrate each unit just once???? Aks because i bought a used one from a supplier...maybe they activate it already???
