The Tellstick Duo has a another plugin to be able also to receive signals. So yes, if you are going to use this, you have to use the plugin for Duo instead. Regarding the discussion here about the old dll, the latest versions of the Tellstick (TS2) and Tellstick Duo plugins are not using "TellUsbD101.dll" anymore. See to that you also have succeeded in upgrading Telldus center to the latest.
I have myself sometimes ended up in similar problem having the need to transfer a configuration from earlier. I normally do this via xml-editing, copy & paste macros and actions I need from earlier.
1) Keep a copy of your current EG configuration (it is an xml-file)
2) Make a new configuration in EG, add the Tellstcik Duo plugin and some macros for dim etc as reference to compare with the older structure and save
3) Exit EG
4) Open up the two configurations XML files in a suitable editor
A typical dim macro for TS2 looks like this:
Code: Select all
<Macro Name="TS2: Dim Washroom door to 50%" Expanded="True">
<Action>
TellStick.Dim(21, 128)
</Action>
</Macro>
A typical dim macro for Duo looks like this:
Code: Select all
<Macro Name="TellStickDuo: Dim Washroom door to 50%">
<Action>
TellStickDuo.Dim('Washroom door', 50)
</Action>
</Macro>
Copy paste from the old config to the new and edit all the labels from "TS2" and TellStick" to "TellStickDuo" of the macros and actions as example above. Note that for Duo I am using real name instead of number for the device.
Save, start EG, open your fixed config and it should work as before
