Hello. I've installed a Z-wave magnetic sensor (Telldus TZDW-100) at my front door and it's not able to reach the controller. There are plenty of other z-wave devices inbetween the sensor and the controller but none of them are relaying signals from the magnetic sensor. From the looks of it none of the other devices register this sensor as one of their neighbors. I can't move the controller as I then will run into the same problem with other sensors in my house. Any help will be appreciated.

My controller is an Aeotec ZW090 Z-Stick Gen5 EU connected to Hass.io

I had a similar issue when I first installed the switches. I guess you have tried healing the network? this should help the device find neighbours.

That did not help me, unfortunately, however, someone sent a tip to add all compatible devices "securely" so I tried that and it seems to have done the trick.
