Push notification

Hi. I have push notifcation up and running, a PIR detector sendme warning/Message when there is Activity outside my house (monitoring deer outside).
In the text Message i would like to include the actual time it happends, like a variable. Is there any functions for this (or any other functions), to create a Message like this:
"01.03.2018 20:21 Outside Activity"
Currently I only get the Message "Outside Activity", and not the time. The Telldus app report somtime (long after) the time, sometime 2 hours ago.
