Telldus Duo not receiving anything in Linux

Hi,
tdtool --list-sensors shows nothing, even though i have smoke detectors and outside temperature sensors sending data.
The hardware SEEMS OK as I was able to read a remote control code out of TelldusCenter on windows when testing on another computer.
But on raspian on RPi it seems I can only transmit but not receive?
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?
