power switch, ON/OFF plug or similar

I am looking for something like a plug the link below..

where i can set a default POWER ON state.. so when i use the wall switch/contact it will always turn on.. can't find any or what to search for.. zwave or 433Mhz..

Can't really follow your description, "default power on"? Is it a recessed wall switch you want, that always turns on when you press the switch? Or a switch that remembers it's state after a power off/on

yea something like that.. that always turn on when powered it's for a vent in the bathroom..

I have a basic on/off z-wave plug from Telldus. On this devices I can set things like remember state (always on/off or last status) and timer (e.g. auto off in 90 minutes after turned on). Don't know about the one you are linking to, but I guess the parameters are pretty much the same.
