I have on 2 occasions tried to submit a ticket on the support page, receiving no response whatsoever.
Is that normal?

Never had any problems when submitting a support ticket, answer within 2-4 hours.

Check your spam folder. also check the emailaddress that you have used.

I submitted another ticket the same day as my last post, and still no reply.
I doublechecked the email address, and I checked my spam folder - nothing!
Is the support not valid in Norway?

Never had any problems from Norway.

Hi Torgrim,
I've looked at our support system and think I found your issues. We replied very quickly to them, so it seems the replies were lost. We're very sorry about that! If you still require support on any issue, write to us in the support system and say you didn't receive the emails last time. Then we'll send a direct email instead.
