New user to Telldus Duo/some basic questions

hi!
I have a IMac, telldus duo and a nexa LGDR-3500
My plan was to make a schedule for my carheater in the garage.
I have successfully downloaded Tellduscenter and found the nexa lgdr. So far so good.
I have also tried the range and it works excellent from the house to the car.
ON/off is OK. But i can't see any schedule planner here?
Then i tried NexaHome and they have an amazing scheduler and a possibility to start "heater" on/off i want that to.
The problem that comes now is when my IMAC goes to sleep/hybernate/off then telldus dosent work anymore.
Was this product made for a server? That stays online whole time? I though that telldus duo "learns" and then sends as planned even when pc is off, but no :/
The project is simple, car heater > Schedule > possible on off.
But i do not have a server that can go on whole night just because of this unit.
Any ideas?
