Tellstick Duo + Open HAB + Synology DS

Tellstick Duo + Synology DS + Open HAB + Mobile App iOS/Android = Anyone went this route?
I have a Tellstick Duo and Synology DS712+. There is a community package for OpenHAB which I installed... but then I am stuck. Of course Tellstick Duo is not seen in the system.
Can anyone share any knowledge about how to start this automation route? Any help would be much appreciated by someone who doesn't know anything about command prompt computing.
