Tellstick Net, goes offline right away

I have a few Nexa devices in my house already and today I wanted to expand with a Tellstick Net to be able to more easily control all of them.
I follows the recipe, quite simple, connected LAN and then power, and then proceeded to Telldus Live and activated my device. However, just a few seconds after, it went offline. I waited a while, the LEDs flashed waiting to reboot and suddenly it was online again. I went to add a device, but then it goes offline again. It takes about 15-20 seconds, then it offlines. I have changed LAN cables, I have rebooted the device (taken out power and waited, then back in again), and pretty much tested all I can.
Anyone know if this is something symptomatic that can be fixed, or do I just have to pack it up and deliver back to the store on Monday?
