I have just moved and with the new internet connection came a Cisco EPC3825.

When I plugged in the ethernet connector lights falsh few times and after couple of seconds it goes red. Tellstick worked at my last apartment just fine with 2 different routers. And after the firmware upgrade to v17 it worked fine after that.

I think there is still a problem with the DCHP client code or the problem is with the Cisco router.

1. Check the DHCP client list in the router. Here you should be able to see if the Tellstick gets an IP address from the router.
2. Ensure that the router is running the latest FW.
