HTTP reqeust

Hi guys in new to this forum,

But certainly not new to the telldus series. I own a telldus net for over a year now.
And i have been using it in combination with tellstick and tasker (android app).

Now i found some shortcomings in this combination and i want to be able to fetch the device status.
I found a way to do it with a http link that will list all the devices and the state they are in.

But what i cant seem to get working is to use the http get to switch on/off devices.
I do have found several http:// links that let me turn them on and off but i have to login before i can use that.

Is there anyone here who knows what i should do or who could point me in the direction of a good tutorial i have been searching for days now.
