Tellstick compatible products in USA

I have moved to the US and I have developed a lot of code for Tellstick which i wish to continue to use. Are there any Tellstick compatible products sold in USA?

I think you have to buy from ebay and thereby china to get 433.92 mhz equipment in the states.

Are you even allowed to use them ? Isn't the equivalent ISM band 315 MHz over there ?
EDIT: apparently 433.92 specifically can be used, happy hunting.
