SD Card for Original Image

Hi (David),
Can you tell what SD card you have been using for your original image. I've now tried two different 4Gb SD cards and none of them allows me to write the automagically_2013_11_29 image.
This is what Windows thinks about one of them:
I've tested with the following two with the same result:
Transcend SDHC (2) 4Gb
SanDisk Ultra SDHC (4) 4Gb
Anyone else managed to write the original image to a 4Gb SD? Brand, model, size?
