Tellstick Duo + Raspberry Pi + Remotestick-server

Post by Furby »

Hi!

I recently bought a Tellstick duo and have been playing around with it for a while now before i decided how i wanted to have my setup. Since I had a rPi laying around i thought it would be best to use. I managed to set it up using this guideline, https://blogg.itslav.nu/?p=875 . And i was pretty happy with the result.

However, one thing im missing from the remotestick server interface was the infromation from my temp sensor. I tried to figure out how to do this without any luck... My temperature information is available when I list in the terminal (tdtool -l), so basically it should just be to grab the info and show it in the remotestick-server web gui. But my skill in this field is limited

Has anyone else made some similar modifications to the remotestick-server web gui? Or if someone else has a better suggestion on how to best set the tellstick duo up on a raspberry pi ( with better interface than remotestick-server) ?

You can try setting up Tellprox instead of the old and deprecated remotestick-sevrer. I belive it supports sensors (it will work with the normal remotestick android app).
