Tellstick Net firmware open source

I most say that I am a little disappointed over my Tellstick Net, because I had the impression that it could do a lot more things when i first bought it. I thought it would support remotes, events +++, I know this is ongoing, but it takes too long time. Local server support would also be nice, so it is not dependent on the internet connection and/or some external servers. All this can be quicker done if you share the source code with the community.
I know you have published some early example source code, but unfortunately most of us don`t have the knowledge to write the complete firmware. But many of us have the knowledge to make small changes and adapt/improve the official firmware. I want to write my own server i C#, and do some minor changes in the firmware, so it can communicate with my server. I want my Tellstick Net to be able to receive/send commands from both the live server and my local server. Then I can control my equipment even if Live or the internet connection goes down. I can also use my phone to control my house via live when i`m out. I think local server support would also reduce the load on the Live servers, because i would prefer to have the scenarios and timers on my local machine. The Tellstick Net has so many opportunities, but unfortunately the development takes to long time.
Please make the latest and future firmwares for the Tellstick Net open source, then we all can help each other to improve the product for our self and the community.
