Ideas and suggestion to build my own app to control tellstic

Hi all!
Before everything: thank you for such a lovely product.
It simply turned my home into what I intended to be home
I am a very happy owner of telldus stick (of course) and switch king: I really have more than what I need but...
Just for personal fun I'd like to build a very small web page that allows me to turn on and off switches.
Does anyone has ideas or suggestion about tools I can use to have a nice result (considering I am not a champion but I have basic knowledge of python, bash, html & php)?
