Connect directly to Android device?

Hi,
I'm wondering if it's possible to connect the tellstick directly to an Android device. Would there be enough power for it?

If you want to connect TellStick directly to you Android device then you need firstly to have the driver for ftdi for Android. After that you will need to port the software.
If you are not familiar with this, then it will be quite hard.
A better recommendation is to help us develop the local access for TellStick Net.

I can't but confirmation that it is possible is all I need for the moment

I assume you'd have to modify Android itself to incorporate the driver?
It would be awesome to only have to run an Android device to control all my appliances. My laptop isn't doing so well being on all the time.
