Home Easy HE 304

I have a Homeeasy HE304-Switch and i dont know how it works with telldus Center. I have a Tellstick (old design). I use TelldusCenter 2.1.0a
What a make:
1. I install the software.
2. I test the software mit many other receivers like (Sartano) and it works perfect.
3. now i plug in the the HE-304 with a lamp
4. when i reset the HE-304 (6 seconds push on the learningbutton) the the lamp flash short on and off.
5. Now i open tellduscenter go to homeeasy - to self learning on/off (i see a picture of my HE-304 - the left one)
6. Now i press randomize and become a code of up 5 digits. I leave the unitcode on 1 and klick on save.
7. Now i press the HE-304 learning-button for 3 seconds and the light is flashes.
8. I press the On button in TelldusCenter and nothing happens.
What make i wrong
on the bakeside of my receiver from homeeasy are the following informations:
Type: HE304BEU
230-240V - 50Hz
max. 1000W
Resistive load
Frequency 433.92Mhz
R&TTE approved
Made in China
Lot Number 12A09
