I have a Tellstick duo batch #1. When registering new units I choose in TelldusCenter (Win) to scan for a remote control signal. I'm not getting any signal from my Nexa remote picked up by the Duo. I've tried all buttons on the remote just in case and I have put the as close as touching the casing and antenna of the Duo. LEDs aren't flashiung and TelldusCenter does not register the code.

Transmission from the Duo works ok. LEDs flash and I can register the Duo with the switch in the same way as any Nexa remote is registered with any Nexa switch

What am I doing wrong?

Running Win 7, 32 bit.

Try this:

1) First select your device (New/Nexa/Selflearning on/off)

2) Click "Scan"

3) Press remote button

You should now see the address code in the remote control code field

4) Click "Stop"

5) Finalize remaining settings

I've done that and tried it again now. TelldusCenter doesn't pick up any code, no reaction at all.

The Tellstick Duo flashes when sending... shouldn't it flash when receiving as well? It does not flash when trying to receive any signal, so I guess it doesn't receive?

I've held the remote 1 metre away from the Duo as well as close to touching it, no response.

I have the same problem as Yngve. When I click Scan in TelldusCenter and press a button on my Nexa remote nothing happens. No blink on tellstick and no address code is showing.
I have tried on both Win 7 and Ubuntu 11.04.

So I asking the same questing, what am I doing wrong?

My DUO was defect on deliverance and the remote had to be in maximum some cm distant from the DUOs antenna (try it) to be detected.
I bought a new DUO and now it picks up signals from a normal distans, sadly I still cannot detect them in Nexahome RAW console.

Telldus confirmed that LEDs should flash when receiving signals and sent me a replacement. The replacement works fine so far, so I uess the old one (batch #1) was broken then

Ok, well I guess my DUO is defect too because I cannot receive any signals. How did you get a new one?
