Hello !

I would like to know if it would be possible (or even planned) to add the protocol used by the IR/RF transmitter sold by Marmitek (the infamous Powermid XL), to control IR appliances?

This device receive 433.92Mhz signal which it converts to IR and send it to appliance (directly or through a 3"5 jack).

I found an open source project that supports it, with a hardware stick called the CUL tranceiver, the source (in C apparently) is available here : http://wiki.nethome.nu/doku.php/nethomeserverdownload

It would be awesome if a simple Tellstick could control both RF appliances ans IR products (home cinema 8) .

Thank you !

"By modulating the mark pulses with 40KHz, the signal is received by the PowerMid receiver and sent as IR signals"

But this is not enough, tellstick needs to support so called pronto codes as well

Best regards, Walter

Supporting the Pronto codes has been on our TODO list for some while now...

Has this issue been resolved? I would very much like to see some integration between RF-IR... Perhaps some communication between either Logitechs Harmony RC-line or Thinkfloods Redeye IR-IP solution..?
