I will post version 0.5 here as well, so you don't need to register at elektronikforumet.com

I suggest you try version 0.5 instead. There is a correction included in that version that is related to a faulty temperature value when the "humidity" value is an odd number.

Sorry. My bad. I misunderstood you. I guessed you meant version 0.4 by writing RT4. Now I understand that you meant the transmitter. Great news it worked.
I do not know what the temperature problem can be. Maybe you can try another ds18b20? 85*C usually indicates an error from the sensor. Have you connected vcc and gnd to the ds18b20 as well?
90% humidity indicates ok battery status if you have a 1.77 voltage drop over the diod.

I put Vdd with Gnd to the ground. I must put Vdd to Vcc ?

Yes, you do need to connect Vcc separately. The support for parasite mode was dropped in version 0.2.

ok Vdd must be connected to Vcc supply. My error is I follow schematics to home automation Vdd is reliable to gnd and ground.
I try firmware v0.6 on monday.
You think we can connect 3V lithium button unstead of 4,6V supply ?

I can not see the circuit.

After modification to the Vdd
Test do circuit on bottle sugar
I can some measures:
THN132| niclasf sensor | manual thermometer
°C | °C | °C
17,9 18,6 17,9
18 18,6 18
18,1 18,8 18,1
18,5 18,8 18,3
18,5 18,9 18,4
18,5 19 18,5
18,5 19,1 18,6
18,5 19,3 18,8
18,5 19,4 18,9
18,8 19,6 18,9
18,8 19,7 18,9
18,8 20,1 to 20.4 19,5
18,8 20,6 to 21,1 20
I think you shoud be add offset -0,7°C
Humidity=battery status = 99% ok for new batterie
