The Nexa Smart button fits perfectly inside the round frame for a Renova wall switch. I attached the frame with the Nexa inside only to the frame next to it, there is plain wall behind it. This works if you have only one wall switch as well, but then the Nexa is probably better positioned below or above the wall switch. A friend have a Nexa below a wall swith and it is hanging there nicely since a few months.
I have also removed the battery cover for the Nexa to be more flush to the frame.

Quite cheap, and with a Tellstick you can make it control pretty much anything.
