Motors for Blinds, Shades, Drapes, Skylights, Windows

Hello, just a note to say that after a long period of testing and verification, we are very pleased to announce that our customers are now able to use our RollerTrol 12v DC motors with the Telldus TellStick system. We specialize in safe, low voltage solar-friendly 12v "smart" motors.

Our motors work well with Ikea shades (eg. Tupplur, Enje) and have been used by a lot of our clients to make projection screens, as well as motorized blinds and shades.

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to contact me at any time.

Regards, Adrian

I'v got a RollerTrol TMDC-12-18-03-25-R

Defined in Telldus Live for TelldusNet, seems OK.

But how to put it in "learn mode"?
Tried to insert a small screwdriver in the "reset hole", to get it activated, but nothing happends, no sound, no move of the motor.
The switch feels ok, a small "click".

It is connected to 12,5 v DC. (car battery).
The RollerTrol seems totally dead.

How do I activate it?

Hi, I think we concluded this discussion by email, and the answer was that you have to observe polarity with our radio motors for shades, blinds, curtains and drapes; if you connect them backwards, they won't work (although they do have reverse polarity protection).

Instructions are here:

If I can be of further assistance, please contact me anytime.

That was cool, I am in fact in need of horizontal blinds that is automated and as much as possible a PVC coated type. Need it maybe in few months or so till our newly constructed house is done. I already gone to several businesses and sites and I have only gotten attentions at http://coastwideshadesails.com.au/shade ... polyester/ their idea of blinds is exactly what I am looking for, do you think this is a good source? Thanks.
