Re: Nexa/Ledteknik m-spot 100rf absolut dim

Re: Nexa/Ledteknik m-spot 100rf absolut dim
Hi,
just installed mine and got the exact same issue. In addition the "Off" button does not work with Tellstick, "On" works ok for 100% but dim levels not. I guess I need to contact Telldus support or did you ind any solution to your case? I setup mine as Nexa self learning dimmer. However, it seems that "Off" works when it is setup as self learning on/off. Dimming work fine from Nexa remotes...

Re: Nexa/Ledteknik m-spot 100rf absolut dim
Hi, got this reply from support:
So I guess dim levels are not and will not be supported...We've not tested this device ourselves, but it seems strange that one Nexa device should not use the same protocol as all other Nexa devices. Accually we think those M-SPOT-devices is not manufactured by the same factory as "all" other Nexa devices, maybe this other manufacturer have interpreted the protocol differently. Since there is not any remote control (that we know of) that can send absolute dim levels to this receiver, it's very hard to reverse engineer their interpretation of the protocol - it is therefore unlikely that TellStick will have support for the M-SPOT-products.
