Plug-In Switch On Off

Post by cwk »

Hi,

Configuration: Raspberry Pi 3 running hassio (Home Assistant)
Z-Wave host device : Aeotec ZW090 Z-Stick Gen5 EU
Devices on Network :
Aeotec MultiSensor 6 x 2
Telldus Plug-In Switch x 4

I recently purchased four of your switches and configured our living room heaters with them, also using an Aetec multi-sensor on the Home Assistant platform. It worked really well. Today I also configured my daughter's bedroom heaters with the same setup. However, now we seem to be hitting issues.

1. Sometimes when a switch in the living room is "turned on" one in my daughter's room is also turned on, and vice versa.

2. Sometimes switches automatically turn on without any prompt.

If you have any advice on this issue it would be super.

Thanks

Chris

Well, I have spent the last two hours removing devices from the network then re-adding them. So far it looks as though this has resolved rogue "turn-ons".
