"web.py*" should be "wem.py*" in both posts.
Finally, I have made success in installing wem version 0.9 ! And now logging to CSV file. But command sudo service automagically stop ---> sudo service automagically start did not make the wem plugin coming up in System settings. When I made a reboot I can see and configure it.
