Add support for ifttt.com

With tellstick live it would be cool if ifttt could access the status of our homes.

I've updated the IFTTT issue with a comment (
http://developer.telldus.com/ticket/307#comment:4).
Now IFTTT support a maker channel receiving events via HTTP and triggering actions over HTTP. But as the oAuth schema used by api.telldus.com requires custom headers it is not possible to use IFTTT maker actions for Live! (just yet).
I will probably write my own gateway, but it would be great if the API could be upgraded to support the RESTS protocol with tokens directly in the URI.
