libtelldus-core2 is version 2.1.0-1.
How do I deinstall, so i can install 2.0.4 from scratch? Can I just remove the libtelldus-core.so.2.1.0 file from /usr/lib after doing a apt-get remove?

Re: Tellstick not found
There seem to be something not right.
I have set the repos to point at 2.0, but an apt-get install libtelldus-core says there is no such package. telldus-core installs OK, but cannot run since there's no libtelldus-core installed.
libtelldus-core-dev is there, but it's version 2.1.0-1

Re: Tellstick not found
There is libtelldus-core-2.0.4 packages here:
http://download.telldus.com/debian/pool/2.0/
So something is not quite right in your config.

OK, now it works fine. But the apt-get remove obviously didn't remove everything, there were many traces left of the 2.1 version.
Thanks!

If you want to remove everything from a package installation, you should use purge, not remove. Remove leaves some configuration files, while purge removes all files, even configuration files.JoakimL wrote:OK, now it works fine.
