Difference between tdTurnOn and Clickink ON in telldus cente

Hi,
I'm having a bit weird behavior with couple of NEXA self learning switches.
If I send tdTurnOn command via telldus core api, I can see that device goes into on state even in telldus center, but actual device does not switch on.
but If I click ON at that same device in telldus center it works every time...
Is telldus center aplication sending something else than tdTurnON ?
