Motion sensor with no batteries?

Is there a compatible motion sensor that uses AC power instead of batteries? Is e.g. Elro ES360M compatible with Tellstick?

Buy a cheap adjustable wall wart and solder to the battery terminals.

That is possible, but does not look that nice and also one more source to start a fire.

Any update on this? Is it really so that there are no compatible battery-free motion sensors? Cheap battery wall wart with solder to battery terminals is not acceptable especially outdoors.
