Hi!
I would like to program an event in Telldus Live for when my thermometer if found/lost by tellstick net.
The thermometer is placed inside my car.
This way I could automatically get an alert when the car comes/goes (for when I'm at work and the car should stay at home) and also I could turn on a light when I arrive and turn it off when I leave.

Try to use tasker on your android phone. Then you can use GPS or wifi as a location tracker and activate anything you like.
