I finally got my Tellstick Net from Kjell yesterday. Thanks and hope that you can stay out of this kind of problems in the future.

We are working as fast as we can. We have shipped about 75-80% of the units.

Have the production of the DUO started?

Well, it's the same story with TellStick Duo as with TellStick Net. We get information about delivery dates from the supplier, but there are no guarantee that these promises are kept.

With this said, according to the latest information, TellStick Duo will be shipped on or before June 5th. Then allow for some shipping time, but no additional programming by us is required for TellStick Duo.

Any news?

By now you should know if the duo was produced and shipped 2 days ago?
Why is there no status updates.

We're not sure if we even should post the reports we get from the factory here, since they so often are incorrect. No delivery was made on (or before) June 5th. The new message is that the final assembly (enclosure) will take place in the middle of next week, and that TellStick Duo will be delivered shortly after that.

Once again, we are also investigating other production solutions, and are very sorry about the delays.

Its better to know that you still get updates than not knowing at all.

Totally agree too. It's not knowing that is the worst part. Getting your excuses from the manufacturing plant is a lot better. And also getting new hope with new possible dates is good too.
Still getting my hopes up when you post more details about what is "only" left before they ship the DUOs.
Let's keep our thumbs that they deliver in a week or so now.

Considering the waiting time and the amount of eager end users posting here I think you can imagine the expectations we have on these little boxes of heaven.
