I have a universal remote control that came with PowerBlaster that takes RF signals and then transfers them to IR to the devices. So, the PowerBlaser accepts RF signals that TellStick is sending. C# VS2010 Development on Windows 7 x64

Is it possible to develop in C# 2010 for TellStick on/for Windows 7 x64? Do I need special 64 bit dlls for that? Are there any API wrappers written in C# out there?
