I'm doing the same with a Nexa LMST-606 magnet switch.

I can set it up to trigger if the door is open for sometime, but can't think how to cancel the event if the door is closed before the on trigger.

Next up ut to set up a trigger for about 20 seconds before the light goes off. The 5 secs is too short, and 1 min too long.
I pretty sure this can be accomplished some how.

Hmm. Not to much success. When I try a Trigger Event (unpaired), the Motion Detector is really sluggish to trigger the light on.
