Short update though, went back to the store, changed the Tellstick Net in a new one, and no issues at all. So I was just unlucky and got a malfunctioning one.

I just got started with Telldus, and bought both Enlighter and TellEvent (might be off on names), but none of them work properly now with IOS8.

This is probably a very noob question, but in my mind the Tellstick Net should be able to communicate directly with the receivers, and turn them on/off as desired.
