Re: Hacking a Thermostat
there already exits relays with no power on the output. Can you please link to some examples? Preferably available i Norway/ Scandinavia such as ie. Nexa I am sorry but I only had a COCO receiver. You can see the pictures in the first post. The principle would be the same for any receiver: to isola...

Re: My Events based "Thermostat"
As I observed and noted in the first post, after many testing conditions, the problem is the way the trigger based on temperature acts: "if temperature GOES bellow/over". So, the temperature cannot simply be checked with a function like "if temperature IS bellow/over" (as the con...

Re: My Events based "Thermostat"
Clever! Thank you. I totally missed "TimeTriggerAny" timer option. Now it works much better and precise. More pair of events are needed now, but at least they are based on an actual state (IF...), instead of sensor's temperature swinging over time (GOES...). However! I noticed that a multi...

Re: TellstickNet - Support for control via WebUI ?
Thank you very much. This syntax looks good, just do not know yet: - Where to find it " your_unique_systemid ", it probably will not " Code for activation ", which is written directly on the label of TellstickNET device? - For DIMM that is functional as a standard remote control...

Re: My Events based "Thermostat"
I was thinking about "presence dummy" but is not that easy to figure it out in the absence of a presence sensor. I will go with what I have now, and see if I get a new ideea. Thank you for your ideas.

Re: Local 'Telldus Live' server
Any news for supporting Tellstick NET locally (on Synology NAS or Raspberry Pi)? Ideally for a Synology NAS would be an installation package.

Re: Fire - Smoke - Gas detectors supported by Telldus?
please post links of working available devices and not chances. it doesn't help anyone. simonbove, I understand that you had success with a product, but since it is not available for all other, it is useless. please post links obly, and only to available and tested products, if any... regards.

I'd say it is better than nothing, especially if they are more fire detectors. Beside they provide a local sound alarm too...

Re: Hacking a Thermostat
Sure. They can be use as well. But this is a cheap Telldus supported receiver and the hack is really simple, mechanical, so to speak. And it is conveniently cased to fit a standard electrical casing. No brainer.simonbove wrote:there already exits relays with no power on the output.
